For the benefit of the many who already have the A-36-102 kit, we are also offering an upgrade package to convert their A-36-102 kit to be the same as the new A-36-103. The upgrade package A-36-102-UP contains 1 pack of 10 each of the 5 new tumblers P-36-141/145 (same as will be contained in the complete A-36-103 kit), plus a new A-36-103 layout card. With that a locksmith who already has the A-36-102 kit can add the new tumbler series to the A-36-102 box, replace the layout card, and the result will be that they you have a kit that is the same as the A-36-103 without buying a complete new kit.
